Description

This Yummyness Vanilla Chia pudding is incredible easy to make for a morning snack!!

Ingredients

1 cup of almond milk
5 tablespoons of Chia seeds
2 tablespoons of coconut sugar or 1 of Stevia
1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
Berries of your choice (I used strawberries)
1 tablespoon of Homemade coconut caramel (recipe on previous posts)
1 tablespoon of peanuts

Directions

Mix all the ingredients except for the berries, caramel, and peanuts.

Pour the mixture in a jar and put it in the fridge overnight. The cold temperature will thicken the mixture and become a pudding.

Add some berries, coconut caramel, and peanuts on top.
