Description

This Turkey And Egg Griddle Sandwich is an all-American breakfast, much better than McDonald’s. This is a healthier version of the McGriddle sandwich and let me tell you, it is the bomb! You think you’re cheating but you’re not!

Ingredients

4 eggs

¼ cup of oat flour

1 tablespoon of almond milk

½ teaspoon of baking powder

1 tablespoon of coconut sugar

4oz of ground turkey

Seasoning (Mrs. Dash or Flavorgod).

PANCAKES:

Throw 2 eggs, oat flour, coconut sugar, Almond milk, and baking powder in a blender, blend until forming a homogenous mixture.

On a sprayed frying pan, pour the mixture (5 pancakes) and let it cook for 2 minutes on one side and less than 1 minute on the other.

GROUND TURKEY:

Season the turkey with your favorite seasoning and make 2 patties.

Place them on a sprayed frying pan and let them cook on both sides until well done.

EGG PATTIES: put a mixed egg in a container in the microwave for 1 minute to get egg patty.

Do the same with the second egg.

Make a sandwich as shown on the picture and add a little bit of syrup sugar-free on top.
