Description

Tired of eating the same pancakes everyday? Let’s experiment with the same pancake recipe and make some crepes. Here, I bring you a step by step folding technique easy to do at home.

Ingredients

FOR CREPES MIXTURE:
⅓ cup of oat flour
1 whole egg and 2 egg whites
1 tablespoon of flaxseed
1 tablespoon of stevia or coconut sugar
1 tablespoon of almond milk
Unsweetened cocoa powder 100%
FOR FILLING:
5 small strawberries
1 tablespoon of cocoa powder
1 teaspoon of stevia
1 tablespoon of almond milk

TO MAKE CREPES: throw all the ingredients in a blender until getting a homogenous mixture.

On a large hot sprayed pan, pour the mixture, spread it all over the pan to make the crepe very thin, and cook for 1 min, flip it over and cook for less than 1 min. Done!!

Fill it and fold it (as shown in the picture), add some sugar-free syrup on top (I use Walden Farms International – 0 calories) and cinnamon.

CHOCOLATE FILLING: Mix and stir the tablespoon of cocoa powder, almond milk and the teaspoon of stevia until getting a chocolate spread.
