Great options for your toppings on pancakes or rice cakes for morning snacks.

Ingredients

Small pack of strawberry/blueberry/raspberry
1 teaspoon of coconut oil
2 tablespoon of coconut sugar
2 cinnamon sticks
1 teaspoon of vanilla
2 tablespoons of water

Directions

On a frying pan, add the coconut oil and let it melt.

Add the strawberry/blueberry/raspberry, cover and let it cook for about 5 min.

Add the rest of the ingredients, stir and let it cook for 2 more minutes until the mixture gets a little bit thicker.

Turn it off and put in a mason jar to store in the fridge.
