Description

When you need to eat your green veggies for the day but you don’t want to feel the taste of spinach in your mouth. Just throw it in a blender along with your pancakes..why not?

Ingredients

1 handful of spinach leaves
⅓ cup of oat flour
1 whole egg and 2 egg whites
1 tablespoon of flaxseed
1 tablespoon of stevia or coconut sugar
1 tablespoon of almond milk

Directions

Throw all the ingredients in a blender until getting a homogenous mixture.

On a hot sprayed pan, pour the mixture and cook for 2 min, flip it over and cook for 1 min. Done!!

Add some sugar free syrup on top, strawberry and 1 tablespoon of peanut butter if you would like.
