Description

For those moments when you really need to eat pasta but you don’t want to completely cheat on your diet, here is a healthier option.

Suggested Serving: On a bowl, put the spaghetti pasta and add the sauce on top. Add lime juice if you’d like. I did it and it tastes awesome.

Ingredients

1 pack of seafood mix
½ cup of organic coconut milk
1 tablespoon of oat flour
1 pack of brown rice pasta (spaghetti)
½ teaspoon of cumin
½ teaspoon of Himalayan salt
1 clove of garlic
Veggies: onion, green onion, and leek (as much as you want)
1/3 cup of Homemade Shrimp cream

Directions

1
* Homemade shrimp cream - peel off some shrimp, take the shells and boil them in water until they get soft.
2
Pour it in a blender until it becomes a homogeneous mixture. No need to add seasoning.
3
* Pasta - boil the spaghetti pasta until it gets al dente, drain it and save for later
4
* Seafood sauce - chop the veggies and throw them on a sprayed pan, add the garlic, stir fry until the onion gets caramelized.
5
Add the seafood mix and let it cook for 5 minutes.
6
Add the coconut milk, the homemade shrimp cream and the seasoning.
7
Let it cook for 5 more minutes.
8
Finally, dissolve the oat flour into ¼ cup of water and add it to the sauce. The oat flour will make the sauce thicker. Cook the sauce until the sauce is thick enough (personal preference).
