Protein peanut butter cookies

Description

These are the easiest and quickest cookies I’ve tried and they are really delicious. You can’t tell the difference between regular cookies and these protein peanut butter cookies.

Ingredients

1 cup of natural peanut butter
1 scoop of your favorite protein powder (whey)
2 tablespoon of stevia
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1 egg

Directions

Preheat the oven to 400F.

Mix all the ingredients until forming cookie dough.

Make round shapes (1/3 cup for each portion) and put them on a sprayed baking tray.

Bake them for about 15 minutes and let them cool down for a little bit.
