Protein Peanut Butter Cookies with Dark Chocolate

Description

These protein peanut butter cookies with chocolate are sooo good and easy to make, for those sugar cravings we all have when clean eating.

Recipe for 7 cookies

Ingredients

1 cup of natural peanut butter
1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
3 tablespoon of coconut sugar

1 teaspoon of baking powder

1 whole egg

1 pack of dark chocolate (85%)

1 teaspoon of stevia

Directions

Mix all together, except for the chocolate and stevia, and make round flat shape portions using a 1/4 measure cup.

Make a semi holes the middle to add the chocolate later.

Put them on a sprayed baking pan in the oven at 375F for about 15 min.

Let them cool down.

On a separate bowl, put the whole pack of dark chocolate and put it in the microwave to melt for 01:30 minutes.

Once it's melted, add the stevia and mix.

Pour the chocolate on the cookies and place them in the fridge for about 1 hour.
