In honor of Taco Tuesday, I bring you this potato and egg breakfast taco recipe, a high carbs meal for those heavy lifting days when you need more power.
|2 small Ezekiel tortillas (you can find them in the healthy section at the grocery store)|
|1 whole egg and 2 egg whites|
|3 tiny potatoes|
|Onion, green pepper, etc (any veggie you'd like)|
|Seasoning (Mrs. Dash or Flavorgod )|
|Hot sauce or Sriracha|
