Description

I never thought I could make this possible but after several tries, I finally got a delicious, healthy coconut caramel you can use for your pancakes or snacks.

Ingredients


½ cup of full fat organic coconut milk

¼ cup of coconut sugar

1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

A pinch of salt

Directions

Mix all the ingredients in a small saucepan and put it to boil on medium-high.

Keep stirring so it won't stick and cook for about 10 min.

Let it cool in the fridge.
