Description

If you are a chocolate lover, this is a great and delicious option you can have as a snack without feeling guilty about it.

Ingredients

½ cup of natural peanut butter
¾ cup of stevia (for baking)
½ cup of unsweetened cocoa powder
3 eggs
½ cup of almond flour
½ cup almond milk
1 teaspoon of baking powder

Directions

Preheat the oven on 400F.

Mix all the ingredients until it forms a homogeneous mixture.

Put it in a cupcake baking pan and in the oven for about 15 min at 400F.

To know if they are ready, stick a knife into the mixture; if the knife comes out a little bit sticky, get the brownies out of the oven and let them cool down a little bit, don't let the brownies bake too much because they will come out dry.
