Craving some Chinese but don’t want to eat all the greasy stuff? I got you, with this chicken sriracha chop suey.
Recipe for one portion.
|4oz of chicken breast|
|1 cup of vegetables stir fry (broccoli, carrots, snow peas)|
|1 tablespoon of liquid aminos (soy sauce substitute)|
|1 tablespoon of Sriracha (½ tablespoon if you don’t like it too spicy)|
|1 teaspoon of stevia|
|Seasonings: Mrs Dash, Flavorgod, or if you don’t have those, use garlic, cumin, paprika, Italian seasoning|
|⅓ cup of water (room temperature) mixed with ½ teaspoon of oat flour|
|¼ cup of water when cooking|
