Description

Cauliflower fried rice? Absolutely!

A much healthier version for when you want to eat fried rice but don’t want all the carbs and grease from it.

Ingredients

1 Cauliflower
1 Big carrot
4 Cloves of Garlic (chopped)
1 tablespoon Olive Oil
Green onions
3 eggs
4 tablespoons of aminos (soy sauce substitute, you can find it at any grocery store in the US)
Black pepper.

Directions

Chop the cauliflower in big chunks and throw them in the food processor to make the cauliflower rice.

Also, chop the garlic and carrot into little pieces.

On a stir fry pan, add some olive oil, the garlic and carrots. Cook it for about 5 min.

Add the cauliflower rice and some chopped green onions.

Cook for 2 more minutes.

On a separate pan, make some scramble egg and then add it to the cauliflower.

Season it with the amino acids and the black pepper (to taste).
