Description

Who says you can’t have dessert for breakfast? When the sugar cravings attack in the morning, kill them with some Apple Pie Pancakes.

Ingredients

PANCAKES (5):
1 whole egg and 2 egg whites
⅓ cup of oat flour
1 tablespoon of flaxseed
1 tablespoon of coconut sugar
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
1 tablespoon of almond milk
FOR THE APPLE PIE FILLING:
1 small apple
⅓ cup of water
2 tablespoon of coconut sugar or 1 of Stevia
½ teaspoon of cinnamon

Directions

PANCAKES: Throw all the ingredients in a blender.

On a sprayed pan, add the batter using a ¼ cup.

Cook for about 2 minutes, flip it and cook for less than 1 minute.

Do the same for the rest of the batter.

APPLE PIE FILLING: Chop the Apple into little pieces or depending on how chunky you want it.

Throw the Apple on a sprayed pan, add the rest of the ingredient and let it cook for about 10 minutes on medium high.

When the Apple gets soft, turn it off.

Serve the pancakes with the Apple pie filling on top.
