  • Breakfast: sweet potato sandwich with fired eggs
  • AM snack: rice cake with homemade raspberry jam (recipe on previous posts)
  • Lunch: chicken with salad (dressing: Apple cider vinegar, mustard)
  • PM snack: 2 boiled eggs
  • Pre-wod: BCAA with Beta-Alanine – Post-wod: whey protein – Dymatize Iso 100 vanilla
  • Dinner: I’ll make it when I get home
