Are you out and need a healthy option for lunch/dinner? Go to Salata Salads and make your own salad. This one has lettuce, tomato, onion, green pepper, cilantro, red beans, eggs, a little bit of chicken, and cucumber..for the dressing: balsamic vinaigrette, olive oil and a pinch of salt.
